Shipping policy

Rise & Reign Society processes all orders within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We currently ship within the United States. 

All of our products are made to order, which may result in slightly longer processing times. Rise & Reign Society is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, nor for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

For damaged items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can assist accordingly.
